Restaurant intelligence for the weekly operator rhythm.
Board86 helps Canadian restaurant owner-operators turn invoices, labour reports, and sales exports into a weekly read on food cost, labour cost, prime cost, and vendor price movement.
What Board86 does
Board86 reads restaurant invoices, POS sales reports, and labour exports, then turns that data into a practical weekly dashboard. Operators can see whether food cost, labour cost, and prime cost are on target before the month-end accounting package arrives.
The product is intentionally focused. Board86 is not accounting software, payroll software, or an all-in-one restaurant management suite. It is an operations intelligence layer for the numbers that change restaurant decisions week to week.
Who it is for
- Restaurant owners who still rely on spreadsheets, inboxes, and end-of-month surprises.
- General managers who need to review invoices and catch vendor price changes early.
- Small restaurant groups that want consistent weekly visibility across locations without an enterprise implementation project.
How it works
Staff can snap, email, or upload invoices. Board86 extracts vendor, total, tax, invoice number, and line-item detail for review. Sales and labour reports can be uploaded or emailed in, then the dashboard uses the confirmed data to show food cost, labour cost, prime cost, weekly deltas, and price trends.
Founder-assisted onboarding is part of the service. Board86 is onboarding early Canadian restaurants now and building the product with direct operator feedback.
